The public prosecutor asked 15-year imprisonment for killers of businessman Rsa Tahmazov.
Chief of the Garabag restaurant Tahmazov was killed in front of his house in the Barda region on Oct. 1 in 2008.
Suspected residents of the Shamkir city Akif Gulmammadov and Jeyhun Aliyev were arrested in one day.
At the Serious Crime Court, the public prosecutor said that accused people's crime was proved during the investigation and asked 15-year imprisonment for each of them.
After his speech, lawyer made a defense statement during the sitting.
The procedure will last with accused people's last speech on Feb. 20.
The late's relatives claim that customer of the murder has not been arrested yet. The late's parents said that businessman Khalil Ibrahimov who is currently living in Stavropol region, his relatives Habir and Abbas Aliyev made an order to kill Tahmazov.
