The Azerbaijani State Students Admission Commissions (SSAC) called applicants to take into consideration demands at the labor market in the country.
"Unfortunately, most applicants prefer "traditional specialties" including medical and juridical trades. The applicants and their parents use assistance of other persons when choosing specialties. The SSAC published a lot of materials to help applicants to choose right specialties," chair of The SSAC Malayka Abbaszade said.
Abbaszade advised the applicants be more attentive and responsible while choosing specialties. Specialties will be chosen from July 25 to Aug.3 in all groups. Applicants may choose up to 8 codes of specialties. The codes will be checked during the day and applicant will be informed about results on Aug.5, Abbaszade said.
