Chairman of the Assembly Dashgin Gulmammadov is accused under articles 178.2.1, 178.2.2, 178.2.4 (fraud) and 310 (misappropriation of official authority) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan, a source in Sabail district court of Baku told Trend on August 6.
NAGA was founded in 2001. NAGA is an opposition public-political organization in Georgia.
