The Karabakh Liberation Organization (KLO) attempted to hold a rally to protest the Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister's visit to Azerbaijan.
The police broke up the rally of the KLO which took place in front of the building that hosts the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), with the participation of Armenian Deputy Foreign Ministers.
The police arrested KLO Chairman Akif Nagi.
Azerbaijan, Bulgaria and Turkey will be represented by foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov, Rumiana Jeleva and Ahmet Davutoglu. During the meeting the Russian delegation will be headed by the first deputy foreign minister Andrey Denisov. Armenia, Greece, Georgia, Romania, Serbia and Ukraine will be represented by deputy foreign ministers of these countries, Albania - by secretary general of the foreign ministry, Moldova - by state minister.
