The Azerbaijani Education Ministry has completed preparations for holding centralized exams to the secondary schools, Senior Adviser to Ministry’s High and Secondary Education Department Anvar Imanov told Trend News.

The Azerbaijani Education Ministry has completed preparations for holding centralized exams to the secondary schools, Senior Adviser to Ministry's High and Secondary Education Department Anvar Imanov told Trend .

Azerbaijan will held the centralized exams for school-leavers of 11th classes and 9th classes of secondary schools for the first time in 2010.

Imanov said the ministry's employees conducted enlightenment activities in schools of Baku and other regions. Question banks have already been sent to all schools.

"The centralized examinations will be held in two stages," he said." The first stage will be held in February-April 2010."

In 2009, the centralized test exams for school-leavers of 11th classes were held in secondary schools of Baku, Sumgait, Ganja, Shirvan, Mingechevir, Ujar, Imishli and Ismayilli regions of Azerbaijan in 2009.
