The State Student Admission Commission of Azerbaijan has made changes to the structure of student admission for the 2011/2012 academic year.

From next year, international relations and regional studies will be transferred to the second group from the third group, the chairman of the SSAC Maleyka Abbaszade said.

According to the changes, some test tasks in mathematics will not include the proposed variants during entrance exams held in 2011.

Abbaszade said that to facilitate the successful preparation of entrants for enrolling in universities, trial exams will be organized in January 2010 throughout the country.

"Trial exams will be conducted periodically, beginning in April," she said.

According to the changes, the first stage of examinations for admission to the judiciary in the 2011-2012 academic year will be held in February next year.

To implement the "Rules of organization and content of resident education" the SSAC will organize admission to this level of education.
