Mehdiyeva Ulker received her diploma from the History Faculty at Moscow State University in Moscow.
It was dedicated to the activity of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in the context of developing youth and educational projects of the Azerbaijani diaspora in Russia.
This is the first work. It covers the main aspects of the Foundation's office in the Russian Federation and personally Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva. Her activities seek to strengthen relations between Russia and Azerbaijan.
Mehdiyeva's diploma received the highest grade. Several other diplomas, covering various aspects of relations between Russia and Azerbaijan, will be discussed at the faculty in the near future.
The scientific head of this research is deputy dean of the historical faculty of the Moscow State University Alexey Vlasov.
