Deputy Director of Center for Strategic Studies under the Azerbaijani President (SAM), Dr. Gulshan Pashayeva, will attend the international conference in Ankara, Turkey on Oct.5-6, the center reported.
The conference is titled "The Turkic Republics at the 20th anniversary of their independence: Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan" and organized by the International Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Turkish-Kazakh University.
Pashayeva will be the key speaker on the panel titled "The political relations between Turkic Republics: assessment, troubles and suggestions".
The event is aimed to have a scientific discussion in regards to the main problems of the past and review the results of projects carried out on this subject.
