Azerbaijan will improve a system of collecting statistical information in the field of tourism and methodology, the Culture and Tourism Ministry told Trend on Friday.
Foreign experts will visit Azerbaijan in late November, the ministry said.
As a result of improving the system of collecting statistical information, more accurate calculation will be ensured. The experience of different countries will be used.
Today, the statistical information on the tourism sector is collected taking into account the recommendations of the World Tourism Organization and the UN Statistics Department.
