Azerbaijan's first English language newspaper - AzerNews and one of the leading providers of economic news worldwide -- Bloomberg have launched a joint syndication project. Each printed edition of the newspaper will present special pages with the stories of regional and global importance from the global news agency Bloomberg.
"This will come as the first ever project implemented with a foreign partner in the local media market. We will support the project with unique content and hope that our readers will appreciate it," chief editor of AzerNews Sevil Mikayilova said.
We believe that the project would meet the taste of both local and foreign readers of our newspaper.
Colorful content with Bloomberg news, characterized by high financial and economic awareness, will also be available online on newspaper's website www.azernews.az in a special section "In Syndication with Bloomberg".
AzerNews, published since 1997, is a member of the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA), the largest and most prestigious organization in the industry. The WAN-IFRA brings together 18,000 publications and 15,000 websites of news publishers and other industry players from around the globe.
