BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 30. The issuance of accreditation cards to representatives and guests who will take part in COP29 in Baku has started since October 28, Trend reports via Azerbaijan's COP29 Operating Company.
During the days of the event, in order to minimize queues and waiting time for submission of the document confirming participation in the conference, as well as to ensure the convenience of participants, accreditation cards will be issued daily from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm at the registration desks at the main entrance to the conference hall.
The participants are required to provide a printed copy of the official United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) email confirming their registration for the COP29 conference, as well as the original photo ID (passport or ID card) provided at registration.
The accreditation card should only be taken by the conference participant in person from the registration desk for security reasons.
