“There is no restriction in the movement of Rasul Guliev, the former Azerbaijani Speaker, the Azerbaijan Democratic Party (ADP),” Andrey Dombrovskiy, the head of the Public Relations Center of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry in Crimea, told Trend.
He noted that through its sentence the court refused the Prosecutor’s Office to impose a sanction on arrest of Guliyev, which means the ADP can go ahead freely. “But the Prosecutor’s Office has a right to appeal on the sentence within three days,” the Head of the Center underlined, noting that after the court session Guliyev anew appealed for medical assistance.
“Guliyev suffers from high diabetic grade,” Dombrovskiy said, underlining that the leader of the ADP, can take off or leave Ukraine at any moment he desires.
