About 1000 complaints from Azerbaijan have been addressed for today to the European Court on Human Rights (ECHU), the ECHU judge from Azerbaijan Hanlar Hadjiyev told journalists on 11 November, Trend reports.
В"The most of complaints are related to the rulings, taken by the court instances of Azerbaijan”, Hadjiyev noted. According to him, ECHU declined to consider some of the appeals, due to their incorrect shaping.
В"Till now ECHU took decisions on decline of complaints only due to their discrepancy to the requirements of the European Convention on Human Rights. As for the appeals accepted for consideration, no decisions have been taken so far”, Hadjiyev said.
