London-Turk Radio broadcasts information about administrative-territorial structure & towns of Azerbaijan

The next issue of the program Salam Getirmishem broadcasted by the London-Turk Radio was dedicated to the administrative-territorial structure and the towns of Azerbaijan, the State Committee on Azerbaijanis Living Abroad told Trend.

The program covered facts on the administrative-territorial structure of Azerbaijan, history of Baku city, as well as the towns Ganja, Shusha, Nakhchivan, Sumgayit, Sheki and Lankaran. There was detailed information on the rebirth period of Baku city covering from 12 to 13 centuries.

Besides, the program spoke about other territories populated by Azerbaijanis in ancient times, as well as ancient towns destroyed as a result of the Armenian aggression in regard to Azerbaijan, and hundred thousands refugees and IDPs forced to leave their native lands.
