The arest of Akif Maharramov, the former head of the Pharmacology and Medical Equipment Division of the Azerbaijani Health Ministry, was prolonged by 3 months (till 21 April), Antiga Gonagova, the employee of the press service of the Prosecutor Generals Office, told Trend.
The reason is incompleteness of the investigation. Thus, the Investigation Department of the Azerbaijani National Security Ministry continues inquiry of witnesses on the case of Maharramov.
