Azerbaijan and Korea are going to expand the cooperation in the sphere of education. The prospects of the cooperation were discussed at the meeting held between the Azerbaijani Education Minister Misir Mardanov and temporary charge d'affaires of Korea in Azerbaijan Lyu Kvang.
At the meeting, Mardanov spoke about the necessity to establish cooperation in this sphere and take concrete steps. Besides, he stressed that Korean language was already taught in Azerbaijan.
Korean official expressed his interest in the cooperation of two countries in the sphere of application of information technologies in the education. Furthermore, he told that in the near future, one of the Korean companies manufacturing information technologies would open its branch in Azerbaijan.
