Id-al-Fitr Holiday to Be Celebrated Two Days in Azerbaijan This Year

The religious holiday Id-al-Fitr (Ramazanin Azerbaijan) will be celebrated two days in Azerbaijan this year. According to the Administration of Caucasian Muslims, this decision was made by the Cabinet of Ministers of the country on the initiative of the Head of the Azerbaijani State, Trend reports.

According to the Administration of Caucasian Muslims, just the Administration appealed to the President with this issue. Therefore, by the decision of the Government of Azerbaijan, October 23-24 will be off days.

According to the Administration of Caucasian Muslims, this year the Holy Id-al-Fit month will begin on September 24. With the purpose to help all the believers, the Administration published Written Rules for Believers where all the history of Id-al-Fitr, as well as all the daily prayers are told

Id-al-Fitr is the holy month for all the followers of Prophet Muhammad. It is the month of trials, changes, and hopes. Within the month, all the true believers should not eat, drink, or take any substance, smoke, inhale any flavours or smells, the husband and the wife should not have any intimacy. As soon as the darkness comes, when one cannot make out a white thread from a red one, this restrictions are taken off. The fast is one of the five columns of Islam, which observation is obliged for all the believers. Only those who are seriously ill, very old, pregnant women, those who are at their path at that moment and warriors at the battle field are freed from the fast. However, all they must follow the orders of the fast afterwards.

The Holy Month Id-al-Fitr is the time of the inner ablution. All the believers consider that Allah can forgive the human`s sins, if he passes his time in reading prayers and perform the deeds which God welcomes, for example, help those who are in need, make denotations to charitable aims, etc.
