Trend I.Alizade / The Member of the Commission for Fight against Corruption of the Council on Management of the State Service of Azerbaijan, MP Bakhtiyar Aliyev, said that the working group created under the Commission has prepared and sent a number of law drafts to the European organizations for consideration.
According to him, the projects sent for consideration include law "On collision of the interests of officials". Aliyev said that in the near future this law draft will be presented to the consideration of Milli Majlis [Azerbaijan Parliament].
He said that moreover it is important to adopt several laws on application of laws "On fight against corruption" and "On management of State service".
According to him, work is carried out to present reports on the profits of officials. "It is a difficult task. Such tasks in the legal countries are implemented legally," he added.
