Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr P. Amirjanov / Presentation of the 'Guardian of our Culture and Cultural Pearls' book dedicated to the activities in culture filed of the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO free will ambassador, MP Mehriban Aliyeva, was held on 6 July. The book is a joint project of the Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Ministry and the National Committee of the International Musical Council, according to AzTV.
The statements of the Director General of UNESCO about Mrs. Aliyeva's activities were used as a preface. The units of 'Mehriban Aliyeva speaking about culture, cultural heritage, and culture figures', 'Arrangements of Friends of Azerbaijan Culture Foundation', 'Arrangements of Heydar Aliyev Foundation', 'Interview with Mehriban Aliyeva' and others analyze the charitable activities of the First Lady of Azerbaijan. The book is planned to be translated into the Russian and English languages.
According to Azerbaijani Culture and Tourism Minister, Abulfaz Garayev, 'Guardian of our Culture and Cultural Pearls' reflects the activities of Mrs. Aliyeva in popularization of Azerbaijani culture. The Chairman of the Council of Artists, Farhad Khalilov, and the Secretary of the Council of Writers, Chingiz Abdullayev, also noted the care of Mrs. Aliyeva for Azerbaijani culture.
