Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. Z.Safarov / A new system to define the type of sports to be included in the Olympics program, will be considered at the International Olympic Committee's (IOC) session in Copenhagen in 2009.
The Russian media has reported that Jak Rogge, the president of IOC, stated that the new system of voting an Olympic program was clearer and simpler to understand. The new system should be consistent, coordinated and have a well balanced program of individual and team sports, popular in certain regions.
