The former jailbird cooed and wooed the crowd outside Mann's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood with the movie's main star Jackie Chan.
Paris's appearance was to support her friend, Rush Hour director Brett Ratner, who is said to be keen on casting her in one of his next movies.
Meanwhile, Jackie is already planning ahead for more sequels to the successful Rush Hour franchise.
He said: "I hope in Rush Hour 4 we will have a baby, then in Rush Hour 5, my son continues my job and Chris's son continues his job, and we stay in the office."
The movie, which takes the unlikely pair to Paris in search of a mysterious triad secret, also sees a cameo by director Roman Polanskias a sadistic French police chief.
