BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. The delisting of securities of PASHA Yatirim Bankasi, the Turkish affiliate of Azerbaijan’s PASHA Bank OJSC, was held by the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), Trend reports via the BSE.
The affiliate was established in 2015 by acquiring shares in TAIB Bank, owned by Turkish Aksoy Holding.
The authorized capital of PASHA Yatirim Bankasi is 500 million Turkish liras (nearly 58 million manat or $34.1 million), with 50.96 percent of the bank's shares belonging to PASHA Bank, 49 percent to PASHA Holding, and 0.04 percent to Aksoy Holding.
