BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 18. The volume of clothes export from Türkiye to Russia decreased by 11.3 percent from January through June 2022 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $129.5 million, Trade Ministry of Türkiye told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
Türkiye reduced exports of clothes to Russia by 7.6 percent in June 2022 compared to the same month last year - to $24.6 million.
The ministry noted that the clothes export from Türkiye totally increased by 14.5 percent in first half 2022 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $10.8 billion.
Türkiye exported clothes worth $1.97 billion in June 2022, 9.5 percent more than in the same period last year.
Türkiye exported clothes worth $21.6 billion during the last 12 months (from June 2021 through June 2022).
