BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 22. The average prices for Baku's private and country houses declined by 0.79 percent in November 2022 compared to the same month of 2021, the CEO of Azerbaijan’s MBA (Marketing, Business and Analysis) Consulting Group company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
According to Ibrahimov, at the same time, these prices increased by 19.14 percent in comparison with October 2022.
"The average cost of one square meter of private and country houses in November this year totaled 884 manat or $520 (against 742 manat or $436.4 in the previous month and 891 manat or $524.1 in November 2021)," he said.
Meanwhile, the total volume of offers in the market of private and country houses grew by 10.88 percent on annual basis and decreased by 1.36 percent in monthly terms (to 1,019).
Ibrahimov also forecasted that the growth in the real estate prices in Baku will continue in December 2022.
