BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 29. Russian Evrostroy construction company is looking to expand in Azerbaijani market, Trend reports via Russian media.
Recently, Evrostroy has put up a vacancy for the head (manager) of a branch in Baku on the HeadHunter portal.
The manager's responsibilities include elaborating a strategic plan for expansion of the company on the Azerbaijani market, managing the construction of premium residential properties.
"The demand for elite real estate market in St. Petersburg has decreased, while the premium segment in Baku still has a high potential. Moreover, by entering Azerbaijan, the company expects to diversify the risks of working in the domestic market, where the supply of high-budget housing significantly exceeds demand," said the report.
Evrostroy specializes in construction of elite housing and apartments in St. Petersburg. During its activity, the company has commissioned more than 200,000 square meters of real estate.
