BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 17. Türkiye reduced exports of steel products to Kyrgyzstan by 77.3 percent ($3 million) from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year, the Turkish Ministry of Trade said, Trend reports.
Türkiye reduced exports of steel products to Kyrgyzstan by 70.8 percent ($474,500) in July compared to the same month in 2022.
In addition, exports of Turkish steel products decreased by 37.8 percent and amounted to $8.3 billion from January through July 2023 year-on-year.
Türkiye exported $1.2 billion worth of steel products in July 2023, which is 27.2 percent less than in July last year.
In general, Türkiye exported steel products worth $16 billion over the past 12 months (from July 2022 through July 2023).
