BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 19. Indicators in the field of leasing state-owned property in Azerbaijan from January through September 2023 have been announced, Trend reports.
The data from the Azerbaijani State Service on Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy said that in the reporting period, there were 623 new lease agreements for non-residential premises.
Meanwhile, 4.6 million manat ($2.7 million) was paid to the state budget of Azerbaijan from leasing non-residential premises, and new agreements for leasing 1,880 land plots were concluded.
The budget revenues from the lease of lands in the first nine months of this year amounted to 19.8 million manat ($11.6 million).
At the same time, 2,503 lease agreements for the lease of non-residential premises and land plots were concluded.
The state budget of Azerbaijan received 24.4 million manat ($14.3 million) from leasing state-owned real estate properties from January through September 2023.
In 2022, Azerbaijan's state budget revenues from state-owned property privatization amounted to 115.4 million manat ($67.8 million), up by 2.4 percent on an annual basis.
