BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 22. Azerbaijani Asera Group company plans to implement projects in agriculture in Kukmorsky district of Tatarstan (Russia) with a total cost of $155 million at the first stage, Trend reports.
The Russian media outlets said that Asera Group's founder Ali Elvin spoke with the investors, and noted that two projects are planned to be realized - construction of greenhouse complexes and a meat processing plant.
"The first of the projects involves the creation of high-tech modernized greenhouse complexes on the territory of 30 hectares. Investments in the first stage, according to plans, will exceed $75 million," the reports said.
Ali Elvin said the company sees many positive aspects for business development in Tatarstan.
According to him, the deep meat processing plant will be completely waste-free.
"Absolutely all parts of cattle will be used. After the processing, an innovative product will be obtained. Among other things, it is planned to release products according to Halal (in accordance with Islamic laws) standards. Investments at the first stage will amount to $80 million," Ali Elvin said.
Asera Group has implemented over 100 projects in Russia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and other countries.
