Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat company continues to implement big construction project in Baku

Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat company continues to implement a big construction project in Baku, a source in the company told Trend.

“The issue is the construction of big multi-story buildings located in Baku’s New Gunashli settlement,” the source said.

“Construction of three buildings will be completed on the territory of the settlement in the coming month,” the source added. “Presently, eight multi-story buildings are being built on this territory. The company plans to complete the main part of the work in each of these residential areas in June 2020.”

“The apartments consisting of one, there are two and three rooms with an area of 40, 60 and 80 square meters respectively in the multi-storey buildings,” the source said. “The cost of one square meter is 1,200 manat ($705)."

Touching upon new plans, the source said that a new foundation pit will be dug in this territory during the next two months of this year for a new multi-storey building.

“High-quality building materials without harmful chemical impurities, in particular “B-25” concrete made in Ukraine, fittings and pads for levelling concrete made by the German “Peri” company, pipes of “Firat” company and electric cables manufactured by Imkacable company, are used in construction,” the source said.

Khazar Inshaat company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
