Thirty percent of the construction of a high-rise residential building in Baku city near the Memar Ajami metro station by the Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat company, has been completed, a source in the company told Trend.
The source added that it is about the construction of a 15-story building in the capital.
“Currently, the construction of the third floor of the building is actually completed. The price of one square meter in the building is 1,300 manat ($764,705). Construction work was previously planned to be completed by the end of 2020,” the source said.
The source noted that due to the quarantine regime, the schedule of the planned work has shifted somewhat.
Presently, the company is building the residential areas in Baku, as well as in the Azerbaijani districts.
Khazar Inshaat company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
The company is part of the Kristal Absheron group of companies.
