A big agricultural project in one of Azerbaijani districts with the participation of Akkord Industry Construction Investment Corporation OJSC is underway, a source in the company told Trend.
“It’s about construction of a big livestock facility in Sabir village of Shamakhi district,” the source said. “To date, about 15 percent of the work on the project has been completed. The Akkord company acts as both manufacturer and builder.”
The company supplied 3,000 tons of metal structures for the construction of this agricultural facility.
Azerbaijan's Kristal Absheron company also participates in the project, by installing metal structures for the facility. The work will continue in accordance with the project development plan for the coming 6-8 months.
The Akkord corporation took an active part in the construction of road infrastructure on Galaba Square near the Ganjlik metro station and at the intersections of adjacent streets in Baku upon the project of Singapore’s Surbana International Consultants PTC LTD.
The corporation holds a leading position in the implementation of projects for the construction of bridges, tunnels and other road projects, residential houses and other public buildings, as well as in the production of building materials.
