The Bank of Georgia continues to support the country's construction sector, Trend reports via Georgian media.
In cooperation with the bank, the Georgian construction company Grada built a complex of 210 residential apartments Didi Digomi 4 in Tbilisi. It covers an area of 11,256 sq.m. with a commercial area of 400 sq.m. The construction of the building was completed on time, and the total project value amounted to $1.74 million.
In addition to a comfortable environment and location, the complex includes a courtyard, a playground, and underground parking. The 14-story building has a modern design and exterior. During the construction process, 80 people were employed.
“Support for the construction sector is becoming even more important for the Bank of Georgia in a new reality. We are pleased that with the financial support of the bank, another residential complex was built. We believe that the cooperation between the bank and Grada will allow the company to develop even more. This makes it possible to create new jobs and design even more interesting projects,” said Zurab Kokosadze, representative of the Bank of Georgia.
Grada is a construction company with six years of experience.
