The construction of the administrative office of Turkmenistan’s Senagat Joint-Stock Commercial Bank is being completed, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenportal information portal.
The opening of the bank is scheduled for mid-April 2021.
The building will be fifteen stories high. The land plot is more than 67,000 square meters, of which the construction site occupies 16,800 square meters.
The French company Bouygues Construction is engaged in the construction.
As reported, the construction of a new building of Turkmenistan’s Turkmenbashi State Commercial Bank is being completed in Turkmenistan. Thus, the opening of the building is scheduled for mid-April 2021.
The construction is also being built by the French Bouygues Construction company.
Bouygues has been working in Turkmenistan for a long time and has already realized a series of projects in the country, such as an administrative center in the business part of the city, a university campus, a number of hotels and factories. The total cost of these projects exceeded several billion dollars.
As the company previously told Trend, Bouygues planned to complete the implementation of two construction projects in Turkmenistan by the end of 2020.
The first project, for the construction of a complex of buildings of the international congress center. The contract for this construction was signed between the Department of General Affairs of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan and Bouygues Construction in March 2020.
The second project was signed in February 2018 by the capital administration of Turkmenistan for the construction of a luxury hotel.
