Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend A.Ismaylova / A new highway will be constructed from Baku to Gobustan city of Azerbaijan and it will serve the development of the city, said the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, on 23 October in the opening ceremony of the Center for Study of Heydar Aliyev's Heritages in Gobustan.
According to the State Head of Azerbaijan, it needs to develop agriculture and processing industry in the regions of Azerbaijan.
According to the President, the State budget of Azerbaijan increased by 10 times over the recent four years and amounted to $6bln in 2007.
