Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 January / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issuance of the prospectus of ordinary registered stocks of AtaBank OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 3,500,000, face value per stock AZN 20. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
AzerInterTrade LLC will be the underwriter of the stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to a member organization of Baku Stock Exchange CJSC and/or have a brokerage license.
