Azerbaijan, Baku, 16 July / Trend / "Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev decreed to make changes and supplements in Azerbaijan's Code of Law Violations," official press reported.
According to the changes, officials granting state property on lease in contradiction to law must be fined AZN 3,500- 5,000.
The fine is the same for officials who write down or transfer main funds from one balance to another without adequate administrations' permission.
Officials must pay off AZN 700-1,000 for violation of property accounting order and state property protection rules.
Azerbaijani Cabinet was charged to solve the issues emerging from the decree within a month.
