Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 August / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova / The State Committee on State Property Management has announced an investment competition to sale 98.38% stocks of the Ceyranbatan Sutikintitechizat (Ceyranbatan Water Supply).
Local and foreign investors may participate at the competition. The preference will be given to investors, who will offer maximum sum.
Company's authorized capital is AZN 222,500. The number of issued stocks is 111,200. The nominal cost of one paperless stock is AZN2. Some 218,900 stocks are offered.
Company's liabilities comprise AZN 30,600 including arrears of wages - AZN 5,500, commodities and services - AZN 1,300 and accounts receivable - AZN 70,600.
Investors must offer a plan to restore storehouse housing and to upgrade the state of workers.
The fee to participate in the competition is AZN 20,000. Competition will be held in the State Committee on 17 October.
