Azerbaijan, Baku, 30 October / Trend corr. U.Ismayilova/ For the first time the Azerbaijan State Social Protection Fund established a call-centre, PR Manager of the State Fund Elman Babayev said on 30 October. The centre can be dialled at 190.
According to Babayev, the key goal of the centre is to develop relations with the public and to provide fast answers to the questions on social, insurance and pension system.
The socially insured people and pensioners will be informed of compulsory social insurance, pensions and individual registration.
The twenty-four-hour phone service is free.
According to the State Fund, there are over 1.5mln of pensioners in Azerbaijan.
