Turkmenistan's Industry and Industrial Materials prolonged international tender on construction of cement plant till May 20. The plant will be built in Lebap area, 35 kilometers south-east of Turkmenabat, region's center.
Turkmenistan canceled customs dues on import cement for the time being on October 1, 2008. The move aimed to provide newly-constructed buildings with cement.
