The Azerbaijani National Entrepreneurship Support Fund (NESF) under the Azerbaijani Economic Development Ministry received from the Finance Ministry the second installment worth 20 million manat of the 2009 public budget assignments in the amount of 74 million manat, Executive Director of the Fund, Shirzad Abdullayev said on Sept.2.
After placement of these funds, the Fund will appeal to receive the rest 17 million manat, Abdullayev added.
At the beginning of the year the Fund received 37 million manat of the 2009 public budget assignments. .
In 2009, it is planned to issue favorable loans worth 130 million through the Fund, 74 million of this amount fell on the budget funds and the rest 56 million manat to previously issued loan resources
So far, the Fund has lent 65 million manat under the favorable conditions.
On Sept.2, the official exchange rate is 0.804 manat to $1.
