In August, the prices on the market of commercial facilities of Baku fell 0.4 percent to $3,000 compared to $3,011 in July, public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said. The prices dropped 18.8 percent compared to the same period of 2008.
The most significant drop in prices occurred in Yasamal district of Baku - 8.5 percent, and increase - in the Khatai district of Baku - by 8.2 percent.
A price for rent of commercial facilities fell by 0.2 percent.
Proposals in the market of commercial facilities last month rose by 4.3 percent. Majority of the market portfolio comprises the offers in the districts of Narimanov (24 percent), Nasimi (18.5 percent), Yasamal (15.6 percent), Sabayel (15.3 percent) and Khatai (9.9 percent). The period of exposure of non-residential facilities increased by 1 percent.
