In September, the prices on the market of commercial facilities of Baku fell 0.1 percent to $2,226 compared to $3,000 in August, public organization Participants of Real Estate Market said. The prices dropped 15.8 percent compared to the same period of 2008.
The most significant drop in prices occurred in the Sabunchu district of Baku - 1.2 percent, and increase - in the Garadagh district of Baku - by 0.6 percent.
A price for rent of commercial facilities fell by 1.1 percent.
Proposals in the market of commercial facilities last month fell by 2.8 percent. Majority of the market portfolio comprises the offers in the districts of Narimanov (24.2 percent), Nasimi (19.3 percent), Yasamal (15.5 percent), Sabayel (14.9 percent) and Khatai (9.3 percent).
Non-residential facilities offered to the market lower than an average price comprised 58.1 percent of the market portfolio.
