As a result of monitoring, the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan did not reveal cases of artificially raising prices for bread and flour, said the Ministry.

As a result of monitoring, the State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan did not reveal cases of artificially raising prices for bread and flour, said the Ministry.

According to the results of monitoring, deficit of bread and flour, the growth of the retail price of these products, as well as reducing the weight of bread was not found in the country.

In addition, according to the data provided by the major producers of grain and the State Grain Fund, the country has sufficient reserves of grain, including wheat. Also, the country continues to import wheat within contracts.
