The Azerbaijani Society of Appraisers announced the results of calculations of the acceptability index for getting a mortgage in Azerbaijan.
According to the society , in 2006 the figure was 51 percent, in 2007 - 111 percent, in 2008 - 137 percent , in 2009 - 174.1 percent.
