The Georgian Parliament ratified the Georgian-Bulgarian agreement on cooperation in the transport sphere at a plenary meeting on April 5.
Amendments are made to an agreement on passenger and freight traffic concluded between the Georgian and Bulgarian governments on Jan.19, 1995, which envisages opening of direct flights between Tbilisi and Sofia.
According to preliminary agreement, the flights will start next month.
