The authorized capital of Azerbaijani insurance company AtaSıgorta can be increased to 10 million manat in 2011, AtaHolding Supervisory Board Chairman Ahmet Erentok told Trend.
"If we fail to bring the authorized capital to 10 million this year, then in 2012 we will do it exactly," Erentok said.
In August, the company brought the authorized capital to five million manat.
AtaSigorta works on insurance market since 2004. The company renders 22 types of voluntary and five types of compulsory insurance. Its founder is JSC AtaHolding.
The official exchange rate is 0.7863 manat to $1 on Aug. 19.
