Assets of Azerbaijan's Bank Respublika increased by 4.8 percent and amounted to 333.15 million manat in the first half of 2012 compared to early year, the bank told Trend on Friday.
The Bank's deposit portfolio amounted to 179.58 million manat increasing by 93.9 percent in January-June. In the structure of deposit portfolio, term deposits amounted to 58.63 million manat.
The Bank's loan portfolio amounted to 208.89 million manat, or 19.2 percent more than the figure as of early 2012.
The authorized capital of the bank as of July 1 totaled 37.46 million manat, and total capital - 57.12 million manat (decreasing by 2.3 percent over six months).
The Bank's interest income in the first half totaled 7.97 million manat, and net profit - 3.13 million manat.
The total number of cards issued by the Bank reached 61,841 units.
Bank Respublika started its activity on May 22, 1992. The shareholders are: local shareholders (75 percent), 16.7 per cent - investment company DEG and 8.3 per cent - Sparkassen International Development Trust.
Some 32 branches and offices of the bank operate in Baku and regions of the country.
The official exchange rate is 0.7855 manat to $1 on July 14.
