The executive power of the Azerbaijani Neftchala region announces a tender for the construction of the Shorsulu-Kholgarabujag-Khazarkend highway, the newspaper Respublika reported on Tuesday.
Those wishing to participate in the tender should submit an application to participate and other documentation until 17:00, Feb.19 2013. In turn, tender proposals and a bank guarantee must be submitted to the region's executive power up till 17:00, Feb.27. The tender participation fee is 600 manat.
Opening of tender bids will be held at 11:00, Feb.28.
