The Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities (SCS) has issued a new special license to Unicapital OJSC for broker-dealer activities for period of five years, the State Committee said on Wednesday.
Last November, the SCS suspended Unicapital's license for securities management.
To date, there are 14 valid licenses in the securities market for brokerage activity, 13 permits for dealer activity, three for deposits, two licenses for the registry of securities holders, one for the activity of the stock exchange and one for clearing activities.
