Azerbaijani insurance company Buta Sigorta begins to develop a new detailed strategy, which will cover the period up to 2015, the company chairman Abbas Babaev told reporters on Friday.
According to him, the new strategy will focus on improving the quality of services provided by the company.
"In particular, we have begun rendering offsite services: contract specialists go to places that are convenient for customers. After joining the compulsory Insurance Bureau, we expect an increase in the number of our clients. To date, 70 percent of sales come from retail," Babaev said
In his words, Buta Sigorta intends to develop health insurance.
"Today, the company's portfolio is mainly formed through the insurance of motor vehicles as well as construction, property and liability insurance. We intend to develop personal medical insurance and become a leader in this segment of the market," Babayev said.
